This is a great overview - it's often hard to find websites that give distinctive and useful information. Very helpful link to the SIM card option; different museums; fabulous section on the food. Bravo! ...and I have a question. With Independence Day(s) and related holidays apparently all together from November 1 to 5, would that be a good time to visit? I'm a photographer, so it seems like a chance to get some unique shots... but I'm wondering if museums and tours take a holiday then, or if they would still be functioning? (obviously some exceptions, I'm sure) Any information as to yes or no about the tourist-type things being open would be appreciated. Thanks!
