The bus fare is around 500-700 PHP which is $10-14 USD you can book online depending on the comfort that they offer. The bus travel time is around 6 hours and 30 minutes!
The buses from Princesa to El Nido are leaving from Irawan Bus Terminal (check the exact location in Google Maps) which is 12 kilometers far from the airport.
It will take 25-30 minutes by tricycle from Puerto Princesa airport to Irawan Bus Terminal and it will cost around 250 PHP which is $5 USD or less if you shared the tricycle and by multicab the transportation in Puerto Princesa will be 30 PHP which is half of dollar.
The bus will offer more space and comfort if you get with aircon but it will take longer if you take the local bus with no aircon. It will take longer time and you will have to go outside the airport or accommodation area in Puerto Princesa to get the bus.

If you want to get from Puerto Princesa to El Nido in a real local experience will be by jeepeny (it can be jeepney and bus). It will take a long time. There are jeepneys and buses going from Puerto Princesa early morning to Roxas. The travel time will be around 4-5 hours and the price is 250 PHP. You will have to get the bus and jeepney from San Jose Bus Terminal.
You can get a bus or jeepney from Roxas to El Nido. The price can be 170-200 PHP. It will take so long but it’s an authentic way to travel from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. The total Puerto Princesa to El Nido travel time by jeepney/bus can be 8-9 hours from San Jose Bus Terminal to reach el Nido Bus Terminal.
