First, you will have to reach from Seminyak to Kuta where you can get Perama Buses and Kura Kura Buses. You can do it by Go Jek motorbike app for maybe around $1 USD.
The buses from Kuta to Ubud cost 80K IDR which is $5 USD. It will take more than one hour since is doing a few stops on the way to Ubud. The buses leave from Perama Tour & Travel or Kura Kura Buses, click here to know the exact location.
There are only a few buses during the day but if they match the schedule can be from the cheapest option from Seminyak to Ubud the most convenient.
