Step By Step How to Make Choripan
Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Grill the Chorizo Sausages
