As you guys know, riding a taxi is for sure the most comfortable way to get from Madrid airport to Burgos. The price is around €290 by taxi and it will take around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

BY TRAIN TRAIN MADRID AIRPORT TO BURGOS

There is no direct train from Madrid Airport to Burgos. You will have to go first to Chamartín Train Station. Going by Renfe Cercanías of Madrid is a great choice especially if you are arriving in Terminal 4 of the airport. The journey from the airport to Chamartín can last 30 minutes on Train Cercanías.

The ticket costs €2.60 (the last time I did was July 2020 and still the same price) to and from the city center and €0.50 cents for the card that you can use in the future if you stay in Madrid.
If you want to get from Madrid airport to Burgos by train. The train leaves from Chamartín train station every 2-3 hours and it will cost around €48 you can book online (it can get cheaper or more expensive).
The total travel time from Chamartín train Station to Burgos is 2 hours and 45 minutes. That’s why we don’t consider this time going by train is the best option and we would choose the bus.
