There are no flights from Siquijor to Cebu and if you want to take a flight you will have to take a flight from Dumaguete to Cebu. It’s not worth it since the ferry will do in 5 hours and you will not save time!
Ferry From Siquijor to Cebu (Best Way)
The fastest and best option for traveling from Siquijor to Cebu is by ferry you can book online.
FERRY SCHEDULE FROM SIQUIJOR TO CEBU
The ferry schedule from Siquijor to Cebu leaves at 8 20 am from Siquijor Port (check the exact location in Google Maps) and gets around 1 pm to Cebu Pier 1 (check the exact location in Google Maps).
The ferry fare is $34 USD you can book online and it will take around 5 hours.
Cheapest Way From Siquijor to Cebu By Ferry Plus Bus (Siquijor-Dumaguete-Cebu)
You can get a regular ferry from Siquijor to Dumaguete for 150-170 PHP and 2 hours. You can also get the Fast Boat for 300 PHP which will be 1-hour journey.
Once in Dumaguete, you can get a direct bus (Ceres Bus) from Bato Terminal in Santander to Cebu City South Bus Terminal in Cebu (located close to Elizabeth Mall). Prices of the buses 270 PHP plus 85 PHP for the ferry from Bato to Sibulan which is 40 minutes by ferry.
You will have to get a tricycle 20-30 PHP from the port to Dumaguete City where you can get the bus.
With this option total travel time can be 6-7 hours and it can cost around $12-15 USD which is 550-700 PHP depending on your option fast or regular ferry.
