Pastechi is a breakfast in Aruba that can also be enjoyed as a snack. It’s made up of crescent shape dough that’s been deep-fried and stuffed with a range of ingredients like chicken, beef, fish, vegetables, or cheese. Pastechi is commonly made with coarsely diced onions, green peppers, celery stalks, raisins, cumin, nutmeg, and hot peppers as the main component.
