How to get to Temple of Debod

If you’re coming from the airport, you can take line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, and then change to line 10 and get off at Plaza de España station. From there, it ill just be a few minute walking.

Temple of Debod is connected by metro and buses. You can also take taxis to get there and you can also going by walk if you are staying close to city center.

Temple of Debod is an ancient Egyptian temple and can be found at the heart of Madrid. The Temple of Debod was a present from Egypt to Spain in 1968 thanks for their involvement in the UNESCO project. And Temple of Debod is near of Sabatini Gardens and Royal Palace.

The best time for visiting Temple of Debod is a t sunset. You won’t regret watching day turn into night in this ancient beauty. At sunset is full of people sitting down around the gardens and checking the views of the sunset and Almudena Cathedral. You can ride a cable car to get amazing views from the top.

Temple of Debod Opening Hours

Temple of debod,

Temple of Debod opening hours are from 1st of April to 30th of September 10 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm. From 1st of October to 31th of March 9 45 am to 1 45 pm and 4 15 pm to 6 15 pm. Saturday and Sundays 10 am to 2 pm. Mondays and holidays bank is closed and there is no entrance fee to Temple of Debod.
