How to get to Kota Beach Bantayan

Kota Beach Bantayan is located in Santa Fe area. The beach belongs at Kota Beach Resort and you can get by tricycle from the port around 10 minutes riding.

You can also reach the beach walking from the port starting from Anika Resort or from Sugar Beach where most of the resorts are in Bantayan Island.

KOTA BEACH BANTAYAN

Kota Beach is perfect to walk around and enjoy the sand bar. We loved visiting and sunset and flying the drone. It’s full of locals and if you continue walking you will get to Sugar Beach.

In the corner of Kota Beach is our favorite where you can see the sand bar when is low tide. Kota Beach Bantayan is perfect for visiting at sunset time. But at noon will have the most clear waters.

You can stay at Kota Beach Resort and if you don’t you can enjoy the beach when walking around as we did in Bantayan Island.

Make sure you check the tide in Bantayan to enjoy the high tide in Bantayan.

WHERE TO STAY IN BANTAYAN ISLAND

If you’re looking for the budget rooms in while visiting Bantayan Island beaches, there are plenty of guesthouses, hotels and resorts that go for as low as 500-1000 PHP. Bigger spaces with even bigger views (like the Bantayan Island Nature Park and Resort) are offered at around 1,200-2,000 PHP.

SF CANTINA

We stayed at Santa Fe Cantina Resto one of the beautiful Bantayan Island Resorts. We slept in a cottage close to the beach with all the comfort that we needed, from hot water to air conditioning. The place was just a few meters from the beach. It was so nice to just hear the sound of the wind and the waves as we rested on our cottage.
