The best time to visit Coron is from December to May when it’s dry season. Just expect the prices to be high and more crowded because it is peak season. From June to November will be rainy season. If you want to get from El Nido to Coron fast ferry. We totally recommend you this option. It’s the one we usually take. And you can get the fast boat around 3-4 hours for 1900 PHP. It depends on the weather.

Make sure you book in advance online! Sometimes you will not find seats available. It’s the same price online than in the port or offices around.

El Nido to Coron fast ferry schedule have a few options. The first fast ferry leaving El Nido to Coron is at 6 am with Montenegro Shipping Lines and it will get to Coron around 10 am. We recommend you this schedule. So you could make the most of the day.

You can get the slow boat. It will cost around 1400 PHP and it takes 6-8 hours. It depends on how is the weather and the wind. Bunso and Jessabel are the companies offering this service.

There is a daily slow boat from El Nido to Coron in the morning. The ferry leaves around 7 30-8 30 am. It will have around 80-100 passengers so make sure you go there on time to the port. You can’t book online the ticket.

If you want to get from Coron Port to Coron town. There are two options: walking and tricycle. There are only two kilometers distance and it will take 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes with the tricycle and the price will be around 50-100 PHP. If you stay outside Coron town there are hotels that offers pick up service.

El Nido to Coron Flight

There are also flights going to Coron from El Nido. But you have to book in advance and prices are around 3500-5000 PHP so it can be a great option if you want to save time. It’s only 40 minutes plane ride.

You will get to Busuanga 20-30 minutes van ride from Coron town. From El Nido town to El Nido airport is only 5 kilometers and it will take 10 minutes to get there by tricycle.

Busuanga Airport to Coron

Francisco B. Reyes airport in Busuanga is only 40 minutes ride to Coron town. To get from Busuanga Airport to Coron town from you have to go by van and it costs 150 PHP per person.
