Thanks for the great post. Just travelled from Santa Teresa to Manuel Antonio by public bus yesterday and your guide was of great help.
However, the ferry now leaves from Paquera at 5:30AM, 9:00AM, 12:00MD, 3:00PM, 6:00PM and 8:30PM (same for Puntarenas).
Also, the bus from Puntarenas to Quepos takes roughly 3 hours and 30 minutes since there are a lot of stops on the way. The bus leaves from Puntarenas at 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 7:30AM, 9:30AM, 11:00AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM and 6:00PM
