PARADISE BEACH CAMPING

To start our list of where to stay in Mykonos in cheap hotels category, let’s talk about Paradise Beach Camping. It’s probably the cheapest accommodation we could find in Mykonos. For rates starting at $26 USD, you’ll get to rest in their small but comfortable cabins and bungalows, depending on your preference and budget. Their cabins are the cheapest for a one-night stay, giving you access to a simple cabin with a single bed, fan and shared bathroom.

They also provide wake up service if you’d like, as well as an airport transfer, housekeeping services, and currency exchange. Guests loved its location which is just near Paradise Beach where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing. If you are not a picky traveler and on a tight budget, we recommend staying here.

MADRES HOUSES

Having an excellent rating in Agoda, Madres Houses is a place you can consider when looking for a place where to stay in Mykonos. It’s much more expensive than the first place we shared with you but it will give you more comfort and convenience. For rates starting at $53 USD, you’ll already get to rest in their nice, white air-conditioned rooms with comfortable bed, bathroom, free Wifi, seating area, and kitchenette.

They’ll also provide you with a safety deposit box so you can make sure your valuables are stored safely when you go out. Some rooms even have a balcony where you can enjoy the iconic Greek street view. Guests love the location so much because it’s just near the city center where you can easily access the tourist destinations in Mykonos.

PENSION ALEXANDRA

Having almost the same price range with Madres Houses, Pension Alexandria also offers the same comfort and convenience for their guests. Every room here is already air conditioned and has a comfortable bed, equipped with shower, a hair dryer and TV, as well as free Wifi. They also provide free toiletries for their guests and free bottled water stored in the refrigerator inside the rooms. Do you love sightseeing? Pension Alexandria has a rooftop where you can relax and enjoy the Aegean Sea views.

The guests rated it with excellent rating in Agoda with a score of 8.6 because they loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of their staff. If you need an airport transfer, Pension Alexandria can provide it for you for an additional fee. Oh, it’s also just near the Tourlos Beach where you can do a lot of beach activities. If you want to explore the city by yourself, you can tell them and they’ll arrange a car rental for you. If not, you can just go around and go to the nearby establishments by renting a cab. MYCOCOON HOSTEL

Last budget accommodation we could recommend to you guys is MyCocoon Hostel. For as low as $66 USD, you’ll be enjoying a comfortable stay in the clean and amazingly designed rooms. They also have a dormitory style room where you can rent a single bed for just $32 USD, and if you’re traveling with a family, you can book one of their family rooms for $159 USD for 4 persons. Guests love about this hostel the vibes and value for money they give to their guests. Each room is air-conditioned and has a TV.

If you can’t go on a day without internet, they provide free Wifi in all rooms so it won’t be a problem. Although their bathrooms are shared, you can guarantee that it’s clean and well-maintained. Should you need any airport transfer, you can arrange an airport transfer with them but expect to pay a surcharge.

Where to Stay in Mykonos – Mid-Budget Hotels

SAN MARCO HOTEL

We had a great experience at San Marco Hotel in Mykonos. The place is quiet, the room is spacious and the staff is super friendly. It´s located a few kilometers far from the town but they provide shuttle services during the day until night time going there and coming back to the hotel. The design keeps the island white colors in the facade and roofs.

YIANNAKI HOTEL

The first hotel in our recommended mid-budget hotels in where to stay in Mykonos list is the amazing Yiannaki Hotel. It is located just a walking distance away from the bus stop and the beach, so you’ll have more time to explore the place without spending much time traveling from one place to another. Their rooms are quite cozy too and looks very comfortable, with air conditioning, TV, and seating area. Their bathrooms have bathtubs too so you can relax after a day of exploring Mykonos. Yiannaki Hotel also offers different appliances inside their rooms like a refrigerator and hair dryer for your convenience.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning with local delicacies and International dishes prepared by the family-run restaurant called Aleka’s. For as low as $98 USD, you’ll enjoy these facilities. NIKOS ROOMS

Nikos Rooms is quite famous because of its very friendly and accommodating host named Niko. The guests loved him so much because he takes care of them during their stay- giving all their needs and even going beyond that like giving travel tips to guests and giving free rides when they were arriving or leaving. He was a hospitable man, we guess! 🙂 However, they don’t just loved the host but also the rooms where they stayed at. Every room is air-conditioned and has a TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries of course.

They also offer either views to the street or the pool (yes, they have an outdoor pool), depending on the location of your room. If you want to avail a car rental service, they can also arrange one for you. All of these facilities are included in their one-night rates starting at $180 USD for two persons. Nikos Rooms is definitely something you should consider when picking a place where to stay in Mykonos.

For our luxury staying in Mykonos we chose Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, have you ever heard about this place before? It´s the most popular accommodation in Mykonos island and there are cave pools inside the room. There are also infinity pools and an amazing view to the sunset. The design is so cool in the room and common areas. The vibe and food is amazing. The location is great close to the town and the new port and 5 kilometers far from the airport. They provide free shuttle to go around.

MANOULA’S BEACH MYKONOS RESORT

Perhaps you already see hotels in Greece a few times on Instagram. Well, those amazing hotels with cool swimming pools are actually luxury resorts that you can rent for at least two hundred bucks, and Manoula’s Beach Mykonos is one of them.
