If you’re a seasoned traveler or someone who has been eyeing Asian itineraries for a while now, Philippines should be on top of your list. Southeast Asia is a very popular travel destination especially when you’re looking for warmer weather (almost all the time), blue waters and amazing landscapes, cheap food and accommodation, and nice people and Philippines can easily top on all those aspects.

The Philippines being an archipelago (a country composed of thousands of big and small islands), can be a tougher place to visit when it comes to itineraries. Also, it’s separate from the other popular Southeast Asian Countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore), so it has some very distinct differences when it comes to culture.
