How To Get From Copenhagen Airport to Downtown
BY METRO FROM COPENHAGEN AIRPORT TO CITY CENTER
The fastest way from Copenhagen airport to downtown is by metro and train it will take around 15 minutes. The metro fare is €4.80 (36 DKK) for one-way ticket for adults and free for children until 12 years old. You can buy the tickets in the vending machine at the airport.
The metro is available 24/7 in Copenhagen airport and the trains are running every 10 minutes during the day and 20 minutes at night. You will find the Metro Station at the end of Terminal 3 in Copenhagen airport.
Lufthavnen (Line M2 to Vanløse Station) is the metro station at Copenhagen airport. If you are going by metro to city center from the airport these are the central metro stations: Christianshavn, Kongens Nytorv and Nørreport Station (where you can transfer to other lines).
For all these stops from Copenhagen airport to city center will take 15 minutes. The metro isn’t going to Copenhagen Central Station (better taking the train if you go there).
