Experience spending a few days in New York City, getting tanned in the beautiful beaches of Miami, spending a weekend in New Orleans, and also don’t forget to include visiting the Western part- San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

SIM CARD AT UNITED STATES AIRPORT

I wouldn’t recommend you to buy a sim card at the airport. If you wish comfort you can buy eSim online and if you aren’t in a hurry just go around phone shops in the city and compare prices to buy the cheapest sim card in United States.

How to get to the United States

If you are coming from London, there are affordable flight tickets starting from $500-$600 for a return ticket. The flight will last 7-9 hours depending on which way you are taking.

Applying for your Visa

Do I need to apply for EVUS to enter the US. When traveling to United States, don´t forget about your visa. You should always make your ESTA application before you travel. Not a big thing! Once you got your visa for the United States and the flight tickets, you’re ready to go!

Places To Visit In The United States

New York City

This is one of my favorite cities in the world. There are many activities to do in New York. You can walk around Central Park. Take a boat to visit the Statue of Liberty. You can also go to Brooklyn Bridge and the Unisphere in Queens.

And yes, as Rachel loves, go shopping and shopping and shopping! For food I would recommend you to visit Little India and Chinatown where you can get affordable and delicious food and. Hanging out in NYC? Hope you don´t miss Times Square and Broadway. 

Miami

 I love visiting this area so much. The beaches are really beautiful with white sand and clear water. It’s always full of people exercising, sunbathing or just relaxing around the beach. During the day, enjoy beach time and in the evening, experience nightlife.

There are approximately hundred of bars and clubs there. Some of them require visitors to wear elegant clothes and shoes but a few of them are less demanding about this. 

New Orleans

This is the major port in the United States and the largest city in Louisiana. The effects of Hurricane Katrina is still visible in the city. As a tourist, I really liked walking around the French Quarter. For a nice landmark, visit Saint Louis Catholic Cathedral.

San Francisco

This is one of the most populous cities in the United States. Go and visit Golden Gate Bridge and take thousands of beautiful pictures. It´s a must to visit The Rock in Alcatraz.

Enjoy a cruise and get fascinated with the available tours to the prison. If you like exploring new culture, check out: The New San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Asian Art Museum.

For food, just choose your favorite cuisine- from Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, Mexican, Indian. Or try to taste of all of them. 

Las Vegas

If you are traveling to the United States, it would be nice to visit Las Vegas. And yes, at least once go gambling there. Visit the casinos and enjoy the nightlife.

If you have the opportunity, enjoy a car ride through the desert to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. There are also hiking and biking trails around the area. 

Los Angeles

Our last stop in the United States is California. One of the most popular tourist spot is the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Universal Studios of Hollywood.

For a relaxing time, go to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Beach. For food, head to Grand Central Market and try their specialties, from sticky rice to tacos. Don’t forget to do shopping here. You would love it!
