The cheapest way from Lima airport to Miraflores is by van. There are public vans from Jorge Chavez Airport to city center and Miraflores. The van fare is $3 Soles which is less than $1 USD.

There is no fixed schedule but you will see small vans with a sign and someone shouting the final destination like Callao. It can be crowded and I have been traveling by public buses in Lima. There are vans going thru Avenida Faucett direct to Miraflores where you can stop at the Ovalo or Larcormar Mall.

I would recommend you speak at least a few words in Spanish to communicate properly and always be careful with your belongings. Maybe you will have to pay extra for your luggage since there is a small space in the minivans and public buses in Lima.
