The best way from Changi Airport to Sentosa Island is by MRT plus Sentosa Express Monorail. The MRT metro schedule from Singapore airport to Sentosa Island is running every 7-12 minutes starting from 5 51 am to 11 18 pm. You will find the MRT in the basement of Terminals 2 and 3 at Changi Airport. Check MRT schedule and route!
The MRT fare from Singapore airport to Harbourfront is around $2 SGD. Later you will have to take the Sentosa Express Monorail going to Sentosa Island for around $4 SGD. The EZ Link Card will provide discounts in your rides and you can top up in stores like 7-Eleven and MRT you will be able to get a refund of the card when leaving Singapore.

You can also take Bus Number 36 and you Bus Number 123 which stops near the area but both ways will require a few minutes of walking for a total of 2 hours. These options if you travel on a budget will cost you only $4 SGD per person for one way.
So far I took by MRT, Bus, Private Transfer from the hotel and Grab depending the time that you are getting to Singapore and your budget for sure!
