Train From Zurich Airport To City Center (Cheapest Way)

The fastest, cheapest and best way from Zurich Airport to city center is by train. The train fare from Zurich airport is 6.80 CHF for adults and 3.40 CHF for children from 6 to 16 years and free under 6 years old.

You can use the tickets for 60 minutes in other public transportation in Zurich and buy in the ticket machine at the airport. You can get for free from Zurich airport to Zurich city center if you have the Swiss Travel Pass and Zurich Card.

The Trains (S2, S16, S24) are leaving every 5-10 minutes, from 5 am until 12 30 am. The total travel time is 10-15 minutes from the airport to the main train station in Zurich. S trains are leaving from the underground railway station near Terminals 1 and 2.

Tram Number 10 Zurich Airport To City Center

Tram Number 10 is going from Zurich airport to city center every 15 minutes from 9 am to 9 pm. The total travel time by tram from the airport is 30-35 minutes and the tram fare is 6.80 CHF per adult for one way exactly the same like the train.
