If you want to get the Skopje airport bus to city center. You will find only an airport shuttle bus from Skopje airport to city called Vardar Express. The travel time from Skopje airport to city is around 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic.
There are only 3 stops: at Capitol Mall, International Bus Station (Bus Station and Train Station) and last one at Hotel Holiday Inn located in city center.
