The cheapest way from Manila to Bataan is by bus. Genesis and Bataan Transit are the companies going to Bataan from Cubao. The bus fare from Manila to Bataan is $7 USD you can book online and it will take 3 hours if you are coming from Cubao. Once in Balanga Bus Terminal you can get a tricycle or a jeepney to move around Bataan. Prices are starting from 10 PHP depending on the distance.
