HOW TO GET FROM CEBU TO CAMIGUIN BY FLIGHT
If you want to get from Cebu to Camiguin by flight. It’s the easiest and fastest way. Flights are leaving from Mactan International Airport in Cebu to Camiguin which has its own airport in Mambajao.
Cebu Pacific aoffers one daily regular flight from Cebu to Camiguin. The flight is leaving Cebu at 2 pm and getting to Camiguin at 3 pm. Less than an hour and the prices can go around $90 USD which is 4000-5000 PHP depending on the dates that you buy the ticket.

HOW TO GET TO CAMIGUIN FROM THE AIRPORT
From Camiguin’s own airport in Mambajao. There are vans and jeepneys you can ride to that are available for longer trips or far destinations around the island. There are tricycles, habal-habal and multicabs too for more option or for nearer destinations around Camiguin.
Expect to pay 50-100 PHP for a tricycle from the airport if you go to Mambajao which is the main area for accommodation in Camiguin.
TRANSPORTATION IN CAMIGUIN
For transportation, if you move around Camiguin with motorela, it can go as cheap as PHP 10-20 per person for short distances. Of course, it will go higher if you go for long distances and private service. You can expect to pay $20 USD for a day trip around the island from 8 am to 7 pm with a private driver by motorela or multicab.
Another option is to go by Multi-cab. It is a type of jeepney which is smaller and the sides are open so it can accommodate up to six passengers. For private rides in multicab and motorela prices are higher and you have to negotiate them depending on the distance.
From Benoni port to Mambajao a private motorela can cost 300 PHP, a multicab can cost 400 PHP. For a day private tour around the island with a motorela can cost 1200 PHP and 1500 PHP if you do with a multicab.

You can rent a motorbike to go around the island for 400 PHP and distances aren’t really big so expect to add 100 PHP extra for petrol.

HOW TO GET FROM CEBU TO CAMIGUIN BY FERRY
If you want to get from Cebu to Camiguin by ferry. There is a weekly ferry leaving every Friday at 8 pm from Pier 8. in Cebu. To make sure is still working this ferry make sure you call +63 32 345 5581 to 5583
On the way back Camiguin to Cebu the ferry is leaving every Sunday at 8 pm in the evening.
HOW TO GET FROM CEBU TO CAMIGUIN BY FERRY VIA BOHOL
There are available ferries going from Bohol to Camiguin and it is Super Shuttle Ferry 21. Super Shuttle Ferry leaves in Jagna (Bohol) at 2 30 PM. And arrives at around 6 30 PM in Balbagon for $15 USD you can book online.
From Balbagon Port to Mambajao where most of the accommodation is in Camiguin there are 3 kilometers distance. And 9 kilometers distance to Yumbing close to White Island in Camiguin.

TAGBILARAN TO JAGNA
You will be getting to Tagbilaran port in Bohol. You will have to transfer from Tagbilaran Port to Jagan Port. From Tagbilaran Port to DAO Bus Terminal in Bohol there are 4 kilometers. There are jeepneys and tricycles going there. For a jeepney expect to pay 12 PHP and for a tricycle around 60-80 PHP.
From DAO Bus Terminal in Tagbilaran to Jagna will take 1 hour and a half to 2 hours by bus. Tagbilaran to Jagna bus fare is 100 PHP. The buses are running every 30 minutes to 1 hour. Starting at 4 am until 9 pm from Tagbilaran to Jagna.
IS POSSIBLE TO GET FROM CEBU TO CAMIGUIN BY FERRY IN THE SAME DAY?
The first Fast Craft from Cebu to Bohol starts at 7 am you can book online. You will get 9 am to Tagbilaran and get the bus to Jagna which is 2 hours. You will be in Jagna around noon. So it would be possible to travel from Cebu to Camiguin by ferry in the same day.
WHERE TO STAY IN CAMIGUIN

Located in Mambajao, where Camiguin’s airport is nestled, Bintana sa Paraiso is one of the luxurious resort in the island. It has its own restaurant and the room has terraces and pool overlooking the sea. Guest rooms come with a TV with satellite channels, fridge, a electric tea pot, a bidet, free toiletries and a closet.
Rooms are complete with a private bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, while some rooms here will provide you with a seating area. A room a night can cost up to $120 but it is all worth it!
And there is a new brand open in the mountain Binunsaran where you can get views to White Island. The cottages are so beautiful and the place is so peaceful. It’s located 6 kilometers far from Mambajao in the mountains.

Set in Mambajao, Mabini Lodge offers accommodations with free WiFi and access to a fitness room and an indoor swimming pool. Complimentary private parking is available on site. The accommodations comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower while the kitchen features a fridge.

The private bathroom offers toiletries. The in-house restaurant and bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner meals that cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Room rate starts at $36 a night.
