BEST TIME TO VISIT ZAMBALES
If you’re going to Zambales the warmest months here are April and May. Basically, January to March is the best time to visit Zambales as this is the sunniest period of the year and is relatively cooler than other months. The rainy season in Zambales will be during the months of June to October.

HOW TO GET TO ZAMBALES
HOW TO GET FROM MANILA TO ZAMBALES BY BUS
If you want to get from Manila to Zambales. There are daily buses from Victory Liner in Manila. There are different terminals where you can ride the bus from Caloocan, Cubao, Kamias, Pasay and Sampaloc.
The travel time from Manila to Zambales is around 4 hours via Olongapo. And Manila to Zambales bus fare is 300-600 PHP you can book online. There are buses from Olongapo to San Antonio in Zambales which takes 40 minutes and the fare is 55 PHP.

HOW TO GET FROM MANILA TO ZAMBALES BY CAR
If you want to get from Manila to Zambales by car. The distance is around 250 kilometers and Manila to Zambales travel time will be 4-5 hours depending on the traffic especially leaving Manila.
HOW TO GET TO ZAMBALES FROM CLARK
If you want to get to Zambales from Clark. There are buses from DAU bus terminal in Angeles City to Olongapo City which costs 150 PHP and takes almost 2 hours. There are also vans going to Olongapo from DAU bus terminal.
The ride takes 1 hour and 30 minutes and costs 130 PHP. This is the way we took from Angeles City in Pampanga to Zambales. Once in Olongapo you can get a jeepney for the beaches around. You can also wrtie a bus on the way to San Antonio if you want to go for Island Hopping in Zambales.
HOW TO GET TO ZAMBALES BY PLANE
If you want to get to Zambales by plane there is an airport in Subic. There are only private flights and seaplanes from Air Juan. There are a few flights going to Puerto Galera and Manila Bay. Prices are around 9000 PHP and it will take 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach to Puerto Galera.
TRANSPORTATION AROUND ZAMBALES
The main mode of transportation used in Zambales are tricycles for short distances and buses for longer trips. There’s a lot of buses in the highway, coming to and from Manila. There aren’t big distances by bus. If you go for islnad hopping fishermen boats will ride you around.
WHERE TO STAY IN ZAMBALES
You can find different places to stay in Zambales from budget and backpack inns, Airbnb’s to luxurious hotels and resorts. You can find a budget hotel and stay there for around PHP 900 per night.
There are also hotels that would cost as high as PHP 6000 and above. With this price you can get the best stay and most comfortable experience from the hotels you’re checking in.
There are different areas to stay in Zambales. If you want more comfort Subic can be your choice. If you want to camp there are a few beaches popular for it like Anawangin Cove.
