When we are talking about Pampanga restaurants fine dining prices are starting 400-600 PHP. A few of them are Filipino Cuisine and it coulbe Korean, Italian and a mixed Asian cuisine.

1. MESA

Mesa is one of Rachel’s favorite restaurants in Pampanga. If we are talking about Filipino food and fine dining for sure the best for Rachel in Pampanga. Prices here are a little bit expensive but the food is really delicious.

Mesa is ideal to try the classic food in Pampanga first like sisig. There are multiple choices like prawns and kare–kare and all of them are great.

2. CAFE FLEUR AND 25 SEEDS

Cafe Fleur And 25 Seeds by Chef Sau. You will find one of the most popular restuarants in Pampanga. It’s fine dining and you will find Kampangan cuisine and international dishes. Price of the dishes are around 400 PHP and desserts 200 PHP.

As Cafe Fleur we love the set up for having coffee and trying their desserts and cakes: Burn cheesecake, ube cake and cheese bibingka are so delicious.

3. YAMI BULGOGI

Yami Bulgogi is located in SM Clark. Yami Bulgogi is our favorite Korean restaurant in Pampanga. They have Korean hot pot not only sangyupsal. Food is so delicious and the prices are affordable. You can eat starting 350-400 PHP.

And apart from amazing food and staff is perfect for kids. There is a small playground for kids inside the restaurant (the only one around Pampanga).

4. BALE DUTUNG

Bale Dutung is not a typical restaurant in Pampanga you will have to book in andvance. Bale Dutung serve authentic Kapampangan dishes and group meals. Bale Dutung is one of the best restaurants in Pampanga and in the whole Philippines. The most popular dish is lechon.

5. FORTUNE HONG KONG SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

This is a fine dining Chinese restaurant. Their soups and noodles are our favorite. Actually, there are a few branches of this restaurant in Angeles City. It’s one of our favorite Chinese Restaurants in the Philippines and yes, we love Chinese food!

6. PICCOLO RESTAURANT

Piccolo Restaurant is located at Prime Asia Hotel in Angeles City. It’s an Italian Restaurant in Pampanga that we can’t miss to include in the list of best restaurants in Angeles City. Seafood here is tasty and their most popular dish is Gnocchi pasta creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce with walnuts.

Risottos are delicious and for dessert, we recommend you to try their tiramisu. Prices here are expensive since it’s a high quality restaurant that serves premium dishes.

7. BINULO RESTAURANT

Binulo Restaurant is located in Clark. The most popular dishes are sinigang prawn, sisig, leachon and the desserts choco duman and leche flan. Prices are high 300-500 PHP per dish but food is so delicious.

8. SUMO SAN JAPANESE RESTAURANT

Sumo San Japanese restaurant is located in SM Calrk Mall. We tried delicious menu and all the food was really delicious. Especially sushi and Rachel loved the noodles. Prices are expensive 400-600 PHP per person but totally worth it to try!

9. PATCHARAWAN’S THAI RESTAURANT

The owner of the Patcharawan restaurant is a Thai and a resident in Angeles City for years. She finds herself happy cooking at the casual-looking restaurant, serving authentic Thai cuisine.

After visiting Thailand, we really loved ordering our favorite dishes: Papaya Salad, Pad Thai, Tom Yum, a delicious soup and for dessert Sticky rice with mango, which are also served in this restaurant. Everything was delicious!

10. ABE’S FARM

Abe’s Farm is lcoated in Mabalacat, Pampanga. It’s not only a restaurant with Kampangan dishes but also you can stay overnight. It’s a perfect place for trying local Filipino dishes. Prices of dishes are starting 400-600 PHP per person. And you can stay overnight in a room and rates are starting from 4000-5000 PHP.

11. CISAN’S

Cisan’s is located in Nepo Quad and you’ll find a mix of Southeast Asian food from Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan. We loved here the Thai choices especially the dessert which was sticky rice with mango.

Prices are little bit more expensive around 300-400 PHP than other local restaurants in Pampanga but you’ll definitely love their great food!

12. RAINFOREST KICHENE

Rainforest Kichene is located in San Fernando Pampanga. Rainforest Kichene is one of the best restaurants in Pampanga because of seafood paella, lobsterand oyster. It’s a fine dining restaurant with high prices comparing other local restaurants in Pampanga but so delicious food.

13. KOREAN RESTAURANTS UNLIMITED SANGYUPSAL

Korean town in Angeles City is located in Friendship Avenue. You can enjoy unli buffets and unli samgyupsal with your friends and family. There’s a lot of Korean stores and restaurants to choose from, depending on what and where you would like to buy or dine.

Unlimited food and ice tea are usually included in PHP 500–1000 per person buffets. Even though prices are little bit expensive, the food is delicious and you’ll enjoy it even more with family and friends.

When we are talking about restaurants in Pampanga with affordable prices. Most of the dishes are around 200-300 PHP. And you will find local cuisine Kampangan, Filipino and even Western dishes.

14. MILA´S TOKWA BABOY

Tokwa’t baboy is a must-try food in Pampanga, and like we’ve said earlier, Kapampangans are known to be good cooks. Sisig is the most popular dish in Angeles City. It’s a dish made of sliced ears and head of the pig mixed with fried onions and chili. It´s served with rice and calamansi.

This restaurant is always full and maybe you need to book in advance. Mila’s is our favorite sisig in town and for us our favorite in the list of restaurants in Pampanga!

15. ALING LUCING SISIG

Aling Lucing Sisig could be the most popular of local restaurants in Pampanga. The most popular dish is obviously sisig. It’s really good and you will find orders for affordable prices starting from 70-100 PHP.

A perfect place to try Kampangan food apart from sisig we liked it bangus with eggplant and green mango salad.

16. RASOI INDIAN RESTAURANT

You can find a great selection of vegetarian dishes from North India in Rasoi Indian Restaurant. Our favorite was vegetable samosa and Naan. There are also meat and fish dishes mixed with Indian spices that reminded us of our last trips to India and Sri Lanka.

17. CAFE NOELLE

Cafe Noelle is located at SM Clark and food here is delicious! Prices here are just fine 200-300 PHP for what you eat. The internet connection is good as well and we have worked here a few times already while having a coffee in Cafe Noelle.

18. BANH MI

After our trip in Vietnam where we had yummy Vietnamese cuisine, it’s good to see a Bahn Mi store in Pampanga. We went there to try Banh mi, Pho and Vietnamese coffee. 

It’s located very close to Angeles City Center and prices here are affordable as well 150-200 PHP per dish. Banh Mi Restaurant is one of the most visited for us in the list of restaurants in Pampanga. We always order Banh mi and we try different dishes like salad and Pho.

19. CHAMPAS

You can find Champas in SM Clark. It’s a Mexican restaurant and we have to say it’s a place that we visit more often when we go by ourselves. Rachel loves quesadillas and Ruben loves the fact of having really cold beer. Prices of the dishes are starting 150-250 PHP.

20. CAMALIG

Camalig Restuarant is located in Angeles city center. Pizzas here are great and we really love their style! And it’s perfect for visiting with a few friends and ordering their pizzas and beer buckets. 

Local food is delicious and the staff is very welcoming too. You’ll love it here. Prices per person can be around 200-300 PHP.

21. SUSIE´S CUISINE

Susie’s Cuisine is great in the list of best restaurants in Pampanga to try local food. Our favorites here are palabok, empanada, halo-halo and ube.  In Susie´s you will find different Kampangan options. Prices are very affordable 70-90 PHP per dish and definitely.

22. MISTER FROSTY

Mr Frosty is one of our favorite local restaurants in Pampanga quality-price. The food is delicious, big portions and very affordable prices 100-200 PHP per person. Good for adults and also great menu if you are traveling with kids. Our favorite choices are sisig, kare kare and sinigang! Plus Han also love their spaghetti.

23. EVERYBODY’S CAFE

Everybody’s Cafe is located in San Fernando Pampanga. If you want to taste local food for affordable price this is your place. It’s a popular place with delicious food like dinuguan, pancit palabok and morcon. Prices are starting at 80-100 PHP.

24. ANGELES FRIED CHICKEN

Angeles Fried Chicken have a few restaurants in Pampanga. We tried a couple of them in Bali Bago and Nepo in Angeles City. And we loved it the fried chicken so much. Big portions of fried chicken for affordable prices around 150-200 PHP per person. We only tried their fried chicken so you can’t miss it!

25. PINATUBO BREWING BEER

Pinatubo Brewing Beer is the perfect place if you love beer as we do. It’s located in Clark, Pampanga. And apart from craft beers and international beers you can order food. Prices for the beer are starting from 50-70 PHP and for food 100-200 PHP. You can order German food.
