Gallo Beer is my favorite in the list of Guatemalan drinks. Gallo beer is the most popular beer in Guatemala. It has become a part of Guatemalan everyday lives. I really love the balanced taste. The beer has sweet aroma with malty taste on it that I can’t get enough. Prices are around $2-3 USD.

2. Moza Beer

Moza Beer is a dark beer and I loved it. You can’t find everywhere in Guatemala but in most of the places in Guatemala City and touristic places like Panajachel and Antigua I found Moza beer. Moza beer is from Gallo company a different option in the beers in Guatemala. Prices are around $3 USD.

3. Cabro Beer

Cabro Beer is similar taste than Gallo but little bit stronger. Cabro beer isn’t easy to find in Guatemala and I only found in Antigua and Guatemala City. If you ask me Gallo is my favorite in the list of beers in Guatemala. And especially if we compare to Cabro beer but for sure if you have the opportunity taste both of them. Prices are around $2-3 USD.

4. Zacapa Centenario Rum

Zacapa Centenario Rum is the most popular in Guatemala. You can drink Zacapa Centenario is usually drunk mixed with coke and ice, as a shot or rum punch. Zacapa Centenario is recognized abroad and it has International Awards!
