Bus Number 851 And 949

Bus Number 851 and 949 are running every 20-30 and the travel time is around 25 minutes to get to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station (Metro Line 2). The bus tickets fare is 60-80 RUB and you can use in the metro with the Troika Card which is less than 1.

Marshrutka Shuttle (Minivan)

The metro from Belorussky Train Station will take another 10 minutes and it will costs 55 RUB which is less than 1. The total travel time combined train from Moscow airport to downtown is 40 minutes and it’s the fastest way from Moscow airport to downtown.

I would say summer is the best time to visit Russia.
