If you want to get from Podgorica to Kotor by bus. You will have to reach Podgorica main Bus Station  (check the exact location in Google Maps) you can do by train plus walking €1 or by taxi from Podgorica airport €12. The buses from Podgorica Bus Station are starting around 9 30 until 10 30 pm every 1-2 hours.
