SALINERAS DE MARAS
Salineras de Maras was our first in our tour stop coming from Cusco to Sacred Valley. Salineras de Maras is a beautiful and picturesque spot in Sacred Valley. You can’t go down and you can only enjoy the views from the top and around the salt pools but it’s not allowed to walk around.

Salineras de Maras Entrance Fee is 10 PEN per person which is less than $3 USD. Salineras de Maras isn’t included in the ticket for Sacred Valley.
HOW TO GET T OSALINERAS DE MARAS
To get to Salineras de Maras by private transportation is the best option. If you want to go on a budget you can get the bus from Cusco to Urabamba and stop in Maras where you will be able to ride a taxi or moto taxi going to Salineras de Maras.
OLLANTAYTAMBO RUINS
Ollantaytambo Ruins is one of the spots that you can’t miss. The views are so beautiful and inside the ruins will be interesting to hear about the history and how the Incas built this side.
The views to the River and to the mountain are so incredible. The entrance ticket of Ollantaytambo Ruins is included in Cusco Touristic Ticket.
OLLANTAYTAMBO MARKET
Ollantaytambo Market is great if you are planning to buy souvenirs, or try local food. Ollantaytambo Market is so colorful and you will find next to Ollantaytambo Ruins.
MORAY RUINS
Moray Ruins is such a picturesque place in Sacred Valley. The Entrance Ticket is included inside Cusco Touristic Ticket. The views from the top and walking around are amazing. You aren’t able to go down but you can spot 3 places similar to this one in the picture.
PISAC RUINS
Pisac Ruins is a must when visiting Sacred Valley. A great combination of the ruins with beautiful colors in a sunny day. Pisac Ruins is included in the Cusco Touristic Ticket.
