The Bus Number 601 and 602 are going from Porto airport to Cordoaria. The Bus Number 604 is going to Hospital de São João. The Buses 3M and 105N are going from Porto airport to city center at night time and the travel time is around 40-50 minutes.
I only recommend you the option of public buses from Porto airport if your final destination is around one of the bus stop on the way or you are taking 3M and 105N Night Buses since there is no metro from the airport at that time. Otherwise the metro is faster and easier to move from Porto airport to city center.
