It can be regular bus or deluxe with air condition. Manila to Tuguegarao bus fare is starting from 900-1200 PHP.
There are also buses leaving from Kamias in Quezon City with similar schedule and prices. From Caloocan buses starts at 7 am until 8 30 pm and there are only a few buses leaving. If you prefer leaving from Pasay buses are leaving from Manila to Tuguegarao at 1 pm and 8 pm.
