2 pounds chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Calories: Approximately 200-250 per 4-5 wings.
2. Air Fryer French Fries
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes, cut into fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Soak the potato fries in water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Soaking the potatoes helps to remove excess starch and makes the fries crispier. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Calories: Approximately 150-180 per serving (1 medium potato).
3. Air Fryer Salmon
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Check the internal temperature of the salmon to ensure it reaches 145°F (63°C). Use skin-on fillets for added flavor and moisture.
Calories: Approximately 250-300 per fillet.

Calories: Approximately 120-150 per serving (1 cup).
5. Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks
Ingredients:
12 mozzarella sticks
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning. Repeat for extra crispiness. Freeze the breaded mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the mozzarella sticks with cooking spray. Arrange them in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Freezing the mozzarella sticks before air frying prevents the cheese from melting too quickly. Serve immediately to enjoy the melty cheese.
Calories: Approximately 80-100 per stick.
