It was so incredible to see thousand of sardines in Moalboal. We only saw them while doing snorkeling. But if you like diving the experience will be amazing for sure in Moalboal!
We did twice on an island hopping tour included Pescador Island but next day we did snorkeling on our own. It’s only 20 meters far the spot from Panagsama Beach. So please if you aren’t a good swimmer rent a life jacket. We got one for Han since he wasn’t so confident at that time and it was quite a bit distance for a 5 years old kid.
We always recommend to bring your snorkeling mask when visiting the Philippines because everyday you will see an opportunity to use it. But if you aren’t bringing you will be able to rent your snorkeling mask for around 200 PHP which is $4 USD for the whole day with fins included and lifejacket. You will find rental shops around Panagsama Beach.
