BEST TIME TO VISIT BOHOL
For the coolest weather, the best time to visit Bohol is from November to April. You may experience some short and scattered rains during the months of November to February but the other months are sure to be sunny and bright.

On the other hand, May to July are the hottest months and is perfect for those who love the dry season and don’t mind being exposed to the sun’s heat. Finally, for those who came to Bohol to see the dolphins, its best to visit the province from March to June.

BEACHES IN PANGLAO
1. ALONA BEACH
Alona Beach is the most popular in this list of beahes in Panglao. It’s very busy during the day with people sunbathing, swimming, and boats conducting tours and activities. It’s not really a bad thing, because it makes the place come alive especially with various restaurants catering every tourist’s needs by serving all kinds of cuisine.
The beach is big enough to find a quiet place for you, in case that’s the vibe that you are looking for. There are cliffs you can climb, which we did a lot, to see the complete sea view in a different light. We climb the cliffs to start and end our day in Panglao.
2. DUMALUAN BEACH
Dumaluan Beach is only 5 kilometers far from Alona Beach in Panglao. You will find white sand and clear waters. There is no entrance fee but most of the beach is owned from the resorts and you will not be able to stay in that area.
If you take a tricycle tour in Panglao will be included in the tour. You can relax and do activities in the beach. Bring your snorkeling mask!

3. DOLJO BEACH
Doljo Beach is in East Panglao 15 kilometers far from Alona Beach. It’s a beautiful beach with white sand and quiet. But they aren’t taking care of it and is little bit dirty of trash. It could be our favorite in this list of beaches in Panglao.
The best part in Doljo Beach is the area of The Bellevue Resort. They take care of it and you can go walking around the area without paying an entrance fee. The best time to visit Doljo Beach is for the sunset.

4. MOMO BEACH
Momo Beach is another beautiful and quiet beach located in Panglao. Momo Beach is located in the northern part of Panglao Island close to Doljo beach.
To get to Momo Beach it will take you around 20-30 minutes from Alona Beach. There is a resort Momo Beach House if you want to stay in this quiet and calm area in Panglao. Great place to bring your snorkeling mask.
5. DANAO BEACH
Danao Beach is located at Panglao, Bohol. It’s close to Alona Beach. You will find a relaxes atmosphere white sand, clear waters and is perfect to do snorkeling.
There are few resorts in Danao Beach like Panglao Beach House where you can stay and organize activities. Great place for the sunset!

6. BAGOBO BEACH
Bagobo Beach is close to Dumaluan Beach. It’s close to Arco point one of the most popular diving points in Panglao Island. If you like snorkeling get your snorkeling mask and have an amazing swim around Bagobo Beach.

7. KALIPAYAN BEACH
Kalipayan Beach is located at the end of Alona Beach. There is a resort taking care of it Kalipayan Beach Resort.
It’s a great place if you want to do diving. It could be the calmest one from this list of beaches in Panglao.
8. SAN ISIDRO BEACH
San Isidro Beach is a small beach. It’s located between Libaon Beach and Bikini Beach. A very relaxed place for swimming and snorkeling.
9. SAN PEDRO BEACH BINGAG
San Pedro Beach or also called Panglao Beach is located in the North of Panglao Island. It’s a very small beach and you will find a resort: Mithi Resort and Spa.
It’s quiet and calm and you will almost not see any tourist around! You will find Hinagdanan Cave if you want to visit.
10. BOLOD BEACH
Bolod Beach is located in the South part of Panglao between Bagobo Beach and Libaong White Beach. You will find Bolod Beach Resort if you want to stay with more comfort.
It’s only 2 kilometers far from Alona Beach and you will find a perfect white sand to walk around!
11. BIKINI BEACH
Bikini Beach is located in the South part of Panglao and closed to San Isidro Beach. You will find a resort: La Pernela Resort just in case you want to check it out.
You can also walk around or going for a swim even if you don’t stay in the resort. Bikini beach is less than one kilometer distance and it’s full of locals especially in the weekend.
12. LIBAONG WHITE BEACH
Libaong White Beach is located close to Dumaluan Beach. It’s a very beautiful beach with white sand and blue water. It’s popular between the locals and there are a few resorts if you would like to stay around this area of beaches in Panglao.
