Once in Kingston you will have to get the JUTC Buses Number 16 or Bus number 17 going from Kingston to Port Antonio. The travel time is from Kingston to Port Antonio 4 hours. The bus fare from Kingston to Port Antonio is $4 USD.

Knutsford Express From Kingston Airport to Port Antonio

If you prefer more comfort you can take the shuttle bus from Kingston airport to the city center. The Knutsford Express bus fare is 1300 JMD which is around $10 USD.
