HOW TO GET FROM MANILA TO ALBAY BY FLIGHT
If you want to get from Manila to Albay by flight. It will be the most comfortable way. You have to ride a plane from Manila to Legazpi airport.
There are daily flights with Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines going from Manila to Bicol. The travel time Manila to Legazpi by flight is 1 hour and 30 minutes. And prices are around 1500-2500 PHP for one way.

LEGAZPI AIRPORT TO LEGAZPI CITY
If you want to get from Legazpi airport to Legazpi City the distance is 5 kilometers. There are public jeepneys charging 20-25 PHP per person going to city center.
If you prefer the comfort of the tricycle prices from Legazpi airport to Legazpi city are around 100-120 PHP and it will take 10-15 minutes.
Once in Legazpi City you can ride a bus or a van to different destinations like Naga, Sorsogon and Caramoan.
MANILA TO ALBAY BY BUS
If you want to get from Manila to Albay by bus. There are daily buses leaving Manila from Edsa Cubao, Araneta Cubao, Alabang, Buendia and Pasay.
BUS SCHEDULE MANILA TO ALBAY
Most of the buses are from 5 pm to 10 pm leaving from Manila to Albay Province. Just go for the closest Bus Terminal for you In Manila. But all bus companies are offering buses during the day from Edsa Cubao, Araneta Cubao, Alabang, Buendia and Pasay between 6-8 am.

The most popular companies going to Albay Province are DLTB Co. from Cubao and Buendia. And Penafrancia Tours and Bicol Isarog leaving from EDSA Road in Cubao.
Bus Or Flight Manila to Albay Province
Obviously if you have the budget for the flight will allow you to save time. It can be so long and tiring 12 hours by bus. But if you are on a budget and you want to save your accommodation for an affordable price just go for it as we did by bus. We slept quite comfortable.

If you want to get from Manila to Albay by car. It will be a long journey Manila to Albay distance is 470 kilometers and travel time can be around 10-12 hours. It can be a great idea if you rent a van traveling with your family or friends.
