Kota Kinabalu ( KK )

Its the capital of Sabah , in Malaysian Borneo . Aprosimately , 600 000 people . Its on the coast and its very touristic place .

I was coming from Philippines . My first night , I spent in the airport , looking internet and sleeping . First thing in the morning , I went to the city , walking from the airport . I met , Rene and her children , 10 and 7 years old . They were living in Hong Kong , but they were spending vacation in KK . Her sister Vivien was hosting me .

I spent 4 days in KK . I really had fun . I was sleeping in a hostel , in a small bed hidden behind a courtain . Vivien and Michael , had the baby 6 weeks ago . They did many plans for me . They introduced me people for going out and walking around the city .

They invited me to their gym . Zumba classes , yoga classes , Pilates . We went around cycling . It was really fun . But , after too much time traveling , doing sport , its so hard . Vivien and Michael were very fun , friendly and hospitable . Michael was making jokes all the time , I dont know , when he is serious or joking .

At night , I did different plans . Having dinner with Vivien and Michael and their friends . I went to a karaoke . Their shop was the meeting point , their employers were going around with me , to local places .

I spent a morning , in the beach . It was nice beach , but it was empty . At night , KK was nice . You can see some people going around nightmarket . In the morning , Central , Market and Filipino Market . The rest of the city was very modern , with the typical malls .
